Goofs: Continuity: “Older” Ethan’s eyes are brown, or perhaps dark green. In the scene where Ethan as a young boy is looking into the light from the magical chest, you can clearly see that his eyes are blue-green. This is most evident later in the same scene during the transformation from young Ethan to older Ethan.

Goofs: Errors in geography: Though the hospital scenes take place in Los Angeles, they actually shot in South Africa, which drives on the left side of the road. All the cars in the shots on location at the hospital have steering wheels on the right side of the car, revealing that they are not actually in LA.

However this time Glennie-Smith is only the orchestra conductor and not the composer. The composer this time is instead Heitor Pereira.

Goofs: Continuity: When Rachel is in the bathroom getting ready with her friends, she clearly has her shoes on. She sees Chloe and walks out of the room, still with her shoes on. In the next scene when she walks in the room to fix Chloe’s food, she has no shoes on, and only goes to put them on after Chloe has put the dog food in them.

Goofs: Continuity: When Lucian calls the Lycans from the castle during the big battle scene, he is shown with a full moon behind his head, and it is very dark. Not long after, he is fighting with Viktor in the tunnel, and “threatens” him with the bright sunlight, which is shining through the ceiling, even though not much time has passed.
